About The Castaway House

The Castaway House is the first project to ever complete the Phoenix Green Construction Code. The house received a Gold rating from the program. This project started with a once-plighted home. The house was stripped and abandoned for over 5 years when it was acquired. The renovation of this existing structure also included a 1000 SF addition that explores high performance, sustainable practices and modern design.
