Architecture is one of the few things people commission without ever having tried it. You can scroll Pinterest for months, tour open houses, read every word an architect has written about their work, and still not know what it feels like to wake up in it, to cook in it, to bathe in it, to be with the people you love in it. Fox & Kit is our answer to that.

Fox & Kit is The Ranch Mine’s first stay, a two-home showcase in Sedona that invites you to live inside our modern desert architecture. Fox is a 2,900 SF, four-bedroom home that sleeps ten, opening east to the Twin Buttes and west to Coconino National Forest with patios, fire features, a chef’s kitchen, and a desert-sky hot tub. Kit is a 1,200 SF, two-bedroom home that sleeps six with the same sunrise-to-sunset outlooks in a refined, compact plan. Together they turn a visit into an immersion, blending shelter, landscape, and everyday rituals.
